Delhi
Capital subsidy ₹2,000/kW (max ₹10,000) + GBI ₹3/kWh (≤3kW) or ₹2/kWh (3-10kW) for 5 years
Uttar Pradesh
₹15,000 per kW (maximum ₹30,000 per consumer) via UPNEDA
Telangana
₹10,000/kW (max ₹30,000 for 3kW) + 100% SGST reimbursement
Haryana
General: ₹10,000/kW (max ₹20,000 for 2 kW). Antyodaya families (income ≤ ₹1.80 lakh): ₹25,000/kW (max ₹50,000 for 2 kW)
Bihar
₹15,000 for 1 kW · ₹30,000 for 2 kW · ₹45,000 for 3 kW (state cap, on top of central PM Surya Ghar subsidy)
Chhattisgarh
₹15,000 for 1kW; ₹30,000 for 2kW and above (flat per household)
Jharkhand
Low-income (< ₹3 lakh annual income): ₹15,000/kW for 1–3 kW · ₹10,000/kW for 3–10 kW (state cap, on top of central). Standard residents: only central PM Surya Ghar subsidy applies
